MMIP / MMIW / MMIR National Day of Awareness Event Directory 2026
As we approach May 5, the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Relatives, communities across the country are coming together to honor our loved ones and bring visibility to this ongoing crisis.
This directory was created to help people find events in their own communities and across regions, whether attending in person or joining virtually. Each listing includes event details and contact information so you can connect, participate, and stand in solidarity.
If there isn’t an event in your area, you are still part of this movement. Join a virtual event, wear red, share information, and stand with families in your own way. Every action contributes to visibility, accountability, and change.
To have your event added, please email your flyer to info@medicinewheelride.org.
